Network Topology display DOWN status icon when it's ACTIVE

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.get up-to-date master branch code
2.create a vm(using cirros image etc.)
3.then go to "Network Topology"

Expected:
vm's status is ACTIVE and with a ACTIVE status icon

Actual:
you will find the vm's status is ACTIVE but display DOWN status icon.

but i repoduce it.
i reinstall my openstack environment by devstack.branch is up-to-date with 'origin/master'.

I cannot reproduce it either. I used Chrome browser and the latest master code (commit cc2c5f9f14680168d764c14324a96dfbc488ca7c).

is there any convenient way to reproduce this?
which browser did you use?

Looking at the JS code openstack_dashboard/static/js/horizon.networktopology.js, the status string and the status class are changed at the same time. There might be a different behavior depending on a browser or there might be something missing to refresh the DOM object in a browser.
