Reproduction Steps :-
1. Login to Horizon Dashboard
2. Go to : Admin -> System -> Volumes -> Volume Types
3. Click on "Create QoS Spec"
4. Enter multiple spaces as name values of QoS Spec.
5. Click on "create"
6. It doesn't prompt user about the spaces and it does when we pass no value at all.

I cannot reproduce the bug reported here.

I followed the steps in #1 and input multiple spaces as "Name".
After clicking "Create" button, I got a message "This field is required." just below the "Name" field.

I think the validation works well.

What version of Django do you use?
