domain information of the selected project on create network modal should be provided

If a cloud admin tries to create a network from Admin/Networks panel, he or she may see projects with the same name from different domains listed in the project dropdown on the create network modal.

Currently there's no way to tell the difference between the projects with the same name. Thus we should provide more information of the selected project so that the user can confirm it is the desired one.

The bug itself is still valid and it is nice to be fixed for deployments with domains.
Resetting the status to Confirmed as the proposed patch was abandoned.

The patch was abandoned in favor of the JS network create workflow work but there is no good progress over half year, so it might be better to revisit how to move this forward.

Another idea is to include domain information in the dropdown list.

Thanks for the comment. I think showing the domain info in the dropdown list just like the project switcher would be good. Will try to work on this soon.
