Bug Description
Requiring users to select the new host for a VM is not ideal. Users would then need to have a complete picture of all nova hosts to intelligently decide where to place the vm. In addition, there is no guarantee that the nova scheduler would also view the new location as ideal.
Horizon should add the option of having the nova scheduler place the VM.
