Attach Interface form error

Horizon->Project->Instances

When modal pops up, if you try submitting without selecting a network it errors (as it should).
Modal stays open.
When you go back and select a proper network to attach. Form errors out (it shouldn't)

Error message:
Danger: There was an error submitting the form. Please try again.

The issue seems more general.
In project/access_and_security/security_groups/SomeGroupId if one ads a rule and that the form does not validate, even if we change the form t have correct values we get the exact same issue. I the form fails once, even proper options after fail with "Danger: There was an error submitting the form. Please try again."

Given that this form submit error is popping up all over the place. is there an easy way to do a quick fix for all form submits, or does it need to be take one at a time?
