With Ceph horizon containers page raises error "Unable to get the Swift service info"

Bug Description

Steps:
  - Deploy cluster with ceph as storage backends.
  - Login as admin to horizon
  - Go to Project -> Containers
    -> There is alert "Error: Unable to get the Swift service info."
  - Create container and enter into it
  - Upload a file
    -> File is uploaded and objects count is incremented, but file isn't shown
  - Create a folder
    -> Folder is created and objects count is incremented, but folder isn't shown

Problems:
  - page alert "Error: Unable to get the Swift service info."
  - Not possible to view and manupulate uploaded files and folders

    Fix new Swift UI to work with Ceph backend

    First, tolerate missing '/info' API endpoint, which Ceph doesn't
    support yet. Second, `content_type` attribute on objects may be not
    set, don't rely heavily on it.

I see this was merged to the stable/mitaka branch, is there a release plan for a new version of the Mitaka dashboard with this fix?
