project picker seem broken in master

this can be reproduced if horizon is setup with keystone v3

Lin, have you run `manage.py collectstatic --clear && manage.py compress` prior to encountering the bug? I cannot reproduce it with Keystone v3 enabled, tried both values for OPENSTACK_KEYSTONE_MULTIDOMAIN_SUPPORT flag.

rebuilding the static was the first thing I did after I hit the problem

I've also been trying to reproduce this but have not seen it yet. Running from master with keystone v3 and multi-domain support enabled.

This happened last Friday.

Fetched master again, and tried again, it is working fine now.
