Network Profile is not supported in Kilo

Cisco N1kv ML2 driver does not support network profiles extension in kilo. The network profile support in horizon needs to be removed for stable/kilo.

Network Profile is only implemented when profile_support is set to cisco in horizon.
And network profile is only supported by Cisco N1KV ML2 driver

What I don't understand is: how was this feature implemented, or how could we reach the state, it's not supported n kilo, but implemented there?

Network profile was a supported feature in monolithic Cisco N1KV plugin. And the feature was targeted for the Cisco N1KV ML2 driver in Kilo. But we missed the deadline for kilo to push a fully supported model of network profile upstream. We are on track to push it for liberty in neutron.
Thus we would like to just remove the support in horizon from kilo for now.

    Removing Network Profile support in stable/kilo

    Network profile is not supported in stable/kilo by the Cisco N1KV
    ML2 driver. As the patch for enabling/disabling network profile
    support based on a configurable parameter was rejected, this patch
    pulls out the network profile code completly from stable/kilo.

    This patch is necessary for horizon to be functional with Cisco
    N1KV ML2 driver.
