Bug Description
With the addition of new authentication mechanisms we need to allow additional views to be registered to handle the different incoming credentials. I need to be able to configure that a plugin should register additional routes such as /auth/kerberos and /auth/websso from the settings file.

Allow specifying authentication URLs from settings
To allow us to have authentication mechanisms that live out of tree as ION_BACKENDS do we need to have a way to load the views that
AUTHENTICAT
service those backends.
Provide a means via settings that we can add new routes to the /auth
urls.
