Language change option is not working for new panels

Bug Description
In horizon i have added a new panel "My Panel" ,which consists of table and table action to upload a file , After this i navigated to settings and changed the preferred language(to Hindhi) , I noticed that all the panel are affected with new language(Hindhi) but "My Panel" is uneffected and still is in English language

This is just because "My Panel" is not a string in the Dashboard, and thus has no translation, so defaults to normal - US English
