Bug Description

In openstack_dashboard/test/integration_tests/helpers.py there is unused method:
wait_for_title,
so there is no purpose to have it there. It should be removed.

Remove unused wait_for_title method

Verified by grep, the method wasn't used anywhere, so there is no
purpose to have it there.
