Metadata widget won't save value from check box fields

From Admin -> Flavors, I launched the Update Metadata widget from one of the rows. I selected the Random Number Generator Allowed metadata to add to the existing list on the right. I checked on the check box and hit Save. When I came back to the widget again, I could see Random Number Generator Allowed on the existing list but it was not checked. I was able to modify and save other values just fine.

    Metadata widget support for default values

    Metadata widget doesn't handle default values for glance meta definition
    properties which type is one of the following: integer, number or
    boolean. Currently it supports only string properties.
    This change provides a fix for auto-filling default value when new
    property is being added to the resource.
