Bug Description
When you trying to create image in Admin menu Horizon does not detects image type automatically (such as in Project->Images)
Steps:
1. Login to Horizon
2. Go to Admin->Images
3. Click "Create Image"
4. Specify "Name"
5. Specify "Image Location" [http://
Expected result: Horizon detect image type correctly.
Actual result: Horizon does not detect image type, we need to specify it manually.
