Horizon does not support to input the flavor and image extended data

Horizon does not support to input below flavor and image extended data:

1. 'nova flavor-key' command - to add flavor's 'extra_specs' extended data
2. 'glance image-create --property/nova image-create' command - to add image 'metadata' extended data

Horizon supports the input of metadata. It doesn't supports the input of metadata during creation but You can add the metadata after creating the image or flavors.

You mean we can add metadata after creating the image or flavors via commands, yes, but where we can input these data from Horizon panel, maybe I am missing them, can you guide how to launch the UI which can input these extended data? Thank you.

Hi Wang,

Yes we can add the metadata after adding the image or flavor.

Just go to project->images page then click on the row actions. In the row actions dropdown You will see a option "Update Metadata". Please click on that option and than You can add metadata for images or flavors.

Thanks, but I just find it in 'admin' page, so not sure if it is bug or not, in my project page, there is no option 'update metadata' for images and flavors change.
