Bug Description
Steps to Reproduce the issue:
1. Login to DevStack as demo user
2. Create multiple networks.
3. Go to network topology page and click on Normal view, Observe that Page will be not be in sync to show multiple networks

Judging by the screenshot it's the same as the bug 1282238. Tagging as Duplicate.
