IPv6 Address Configuration Mode tooltip does not match available options.

When creating a new IPv6 Subnet, the user is presented with the Subnet Detail options as the final stage of the workflow. The tooltip for IPv6 Address Configuration Mode describes one of the options as 'No option selected', but the option is actually 'No options specified'.

    Corrected IPv6 Address Configuration Mode tooltip

    Corrected this tooltip to reflect the actual name of the option:
    'No options specified' instead of the incorrect: 'No option selected'.
    Also made minor adjustments for grammar.
