Project list not updated after new project created

When I create a new project via the dashboard, thenew project is not shown in the project list in the header bar. I have to logout/login to get the new project listed.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create new project under http://dashboard/identity/create
2) Try to select the project in the headerbar -> project not listed
3) logout/login
4) Try to select the project in the headerbar -> project listed now

This happens with the Juno version.

Whenever the login user is added to a Project role we have to trigger refresh of the Project List dropdown. I am not sure though if this would require a new token too.

    Update project list in the header bar.

    Use function for clean cache (from openstack_auth), after project
    members were changed(for project cache is invalidated).
    Now, in the header bar, show only active projects.
