Create Subnet missing cancel button & back/Next button spacing issue

The Create Subnet modal wizard is missing the cancel button, and lso the space between the Back and Next button is extremely large. To match other modals, Create Network for example, there needs to be a cancel button. Same goes for the space between the buttons, on all other modals the buttons are grouped together.

I attached an image showing the issues.

    In base template add cancel model if it is modal.
    And fix the button spacing issue.
