Bug Description
In the 'Create VIP' Dialog there is a mandatory field 'Specify a free IP address from the selected subnet'.
This field should not be mandatory. The behaviour should be the same as the CLI - If the 'address' option is not used the vip is associated with a free IP from the subnet.
