Bug Description
At the moment, there is no detail page for the "User" table/resource that lets us drill down into the details of a User. It would be helpful to have one in general, and it would also help with improving the UX of other tables that have a "User" column that only shows an ID currently: since there's still no efficient way to map IDs to names at scale yet, we could at least add a link to the User details.
