Bug Description
Description of problem:
I've had situations where I had a modal window open to create/edit something, and wanted to look at the table behind it quick to doublecheck another instance of whatever I was editing. I keep trying to move the window out of the way and keep it open in those instances, but it hasn't worked yet :) I've had to give up and cancel out of the dialog to get it out of the way and start over after getting the information I wanted.
It'd be nice if it could be moved around the screen when necessary, like many other modal dialog implementations.
