Bug Description

All used lists (for example the drop down list at the top to choose the used tenant or the list of available networks when launching a new instance) should be sorted by the name and not by the UUID. It is very confusing to have the lists in a non-alphabetical order because of the UUIDs and I think it is more comfortable to sort the lists by name.

Bug 1275896 was supposed to address the project switcher, but it seems to be broken now. (The networks listed in the launch instance dialog are also not ordered by name).
