when using very long names or very long descriptions, texts are not wrapped, but truncated.

When I use very long (255-character) volume names and descriptions, they both are wrapped properly. But the full volume name is displayed, and the volume descriptions is truncated to about 40 characters and suffixed with ...

Both the volume name and description are wrapped and shown in full in the volume details page (reached via clicking on the volume name in that table).

It could be argued that this is not really a bug, since it is pretty reasonable behavior. Perhaps the inconsistency in truncating instance names and description should be addressed.

    add tooltip to cells if 'truncate' variable is set

    If a Column has the 'truncate' variable defined, we should
    have a tooltip to show the full text if user hovers over
    a cell. For example, Project > Volumes Description column is
    truncated at 40 chars. 'Truncate' column attribute should be
    used on Strings, not Integers, fixed test case.
