"Flavor ID" filter and "Image ID" filter in the instance table should support name-based filtering

"Flavor ID" filter and "Image ID" filter in the instance table requires ID of flavor or image.
In the project instance table, there is no way for a user to know Flavor ID, so it is completely useless.
For image ID filter, users can know image ID used for instances, but it forces users to visit the image table to use a filter with Image ID and it is not user friendly.

It would be nice to support "name-based" filtering for flavor and image.

I have changed the file /openstack_dashboard/dashboards/admin/instances/tables.py to include filter by name for Image and flavor in Instances view for admin scope, it also need to be included in project scope.

Rather than add the name based filtering, I've just made sure the ID's are available in the details pages. Does that help?

That would require the user to drill down into the details page just to see the ID, don't think it would be a good UX.

    Show Image ID on Instance Overview

As of Queens, we have 'Image Name' and 'Flavor Name' as filter menus.
This bug is no longer valid.
