[Sahara] Node group template details doesn't show floating IP pool

Steps to reproduce:
1. Configure openstack to use neutron for networking
2. Create Sahara node group template with floating IP pool specified
3. Go to node group template details page

Expected result: selected pool is displayed
Observed result: no information about floating Ip pool

Need to add one more block to /openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/data_processing/nodegroup_templates/templates/data_processing.nodegroup_templates/_details.html
