Bug Description
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Login to Devstack with admin account
2. Create the Instance
3. Click on terminated instances
4. Observe that Instance Page hangs forever, and Instance is not deleted.
nova delete <Instance Name> works fine from CLI.
