columns are misplaced after creating snapshot

Bug Description

Create a Volume. Create a Snapshot from Volume. Notice that the controls/buttons are misplaced. But refresh should make them look good. Please find attached screen shot.

Nice bug find, but I couldn't reproduce it. :( Can you provide the exact steps (what you selected on the modal and such)? Thanks!

This issue does not occur any more on latest DevStack and can be closed.
