I'm not sure I'd agree with this. For example, you are suggesting that the user be taken to say the "Instances" page if they were looking at Instances before they went to change their password? I've made suggestions on how to improve the User Settings piece to Horizon in another bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1331370) Would you mind taking a look at this and adding your thoughts to it? Perhaps it will tackle the issue you are seeing here.
