Bug Description
Project > Volumes > Create Volume modal
The label above the bar graph is not consistent with that on the Launch Instance modal.
Create Volume modal > Volume Limit graphic shows:
"Number of Volumes (1) --------------- 2 Available"
"Total Gigabytes (1 GB) ----------------- 1,000 GB Available"
Launch Instance > Project Limit graphic shows:
"Number of Instances ------------ 0 of 10 Used"
"Total RAM ------------------- 0 of 51,200 MB Used"
We should use the same wording for both.

For create volume modal.
We should have:

"Total Gigabytes ----------------- 1 of 1,000 GB Used"
