Show admin/project instance details in a modal

Today, when we click on the instances we can redirected to the instance details page. Doing so causes us to lose track of where we were previously. This requires us to navigate back to the instances page, and if paginated, requires us to page.

It would be nice to have this information show up inside of a dialog instead.

This seems to be a duplicate of bug 1100318, somewhat? The blueprint comments seem to agree that adding a breadcrumb would be more acceptable than adding modals.

Hi Julie, good find. I have spoken to Liz and it does look like breadcrumb is the preferred method. We're just waiting for the bootstrap version to get upgraded before this work can go forward.
