Bug Description

In the Containers dashboard, create a pseudo-folder with a LLLLLLLLLLOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGGG name without "-" or any other breaking character. Once you select the container, all action buttons are pushed off the screen and are unavailable; they can't even be scrolled to.

I completely messed up when I filed this bug. It turns out that this issue doesn't really exist on Horizon.
