Bug Description

Admin > Flavors > View Extra Specs > Create

"Key" field is missing the asterisk. It will give the "This field is required" error if you try to 'Create'.

I would argue, not every value is really required, e.g. one could go with 0 disk size. That should be pre-set to zero.

Extra Spec form was reimplemented.
The current "Update Metadata" form has no issue described here.
