Bug Description
The last pie chart in Project > Overview and also in Admin > Hypervisors does not animate.
To reproduce the issue for Project > Overview, change the volume storage quota to a low number (10) and create a volume of half that size (5). Try to launch a few instances too in order to compare transition in pie charts. If you go to Project > Overview you'll notice the last one, which is for Volume Storage, does not do animation and loads with the used data pre-filled.
You can reproduce the issue for Admin > Hypervisors similarly by launching a few instances with disk usage.
