using Resource Usage Overview only appears the id and not the name when selecting "--" in 'Group By' menu

When using Resource Usage Overview all the graphs shows the id, that is not friendly, I think could be better if we could have the instance name or the image name instead only the id.

It only occurs when we select "--" (no project filter) in "Group By" drop-down menu.

For the "Group By" dropdown, you have to select '--' to see all the ids.

One more comment... why don't we also change the '--' in the dropdown? I don't find it pretty representative...

    Fixes resource name problem in "Resources Usage" tab

    This patch replaces the resource id with resource name in the
    ""Resources Usage" Tab when selecting the "Group By" Filter to
    "--".
    In this fix i has created a mapping between the meter_name and the
    api_type and upon depending the meter_name, the code make the
    appropriate api call by passing the resource_id.
