Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:

on devstack, you need in localrc:
enable_service swift
SWIFT_HASH=
SWIFT_REPLICAS=1
In the Dashboard, on the "Projects -> Object Store Containers" page:
- Create a Container
- upload a file (a png image e.g.) and name it "picture of me"
- Try to download the file afterwords.
Problem description:

The attachment's name is "picture" and should be "picture of me.png"
