typo: "gruop" and "remove from"

My patches for Havana-RC1 introduces typos.

openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/firewalls/forms.py

            msg = _('Rule %(rule)s was successfully remove from policy '

 remove from -> removed from

openstack_dashboard/usage/base.py

              'message': _('Unable to retrieve security gruops.')

 gruops -> groups

I'm going to hold this one out of RC1 because even if we changed the strings and updated the POs, it would invalidate any existing translations for those strings, typo'd or not. However, we should fix this immediately after the RC cut and if for any reason we have an RC2 we will make sure all the translations get updated.
