Volume types get default values, which are not changable via horizon

It's possible to create volume types. Those volume types get default values, such as quota, they are shown in the defaults tab.

It's not possible to change those defaults there.

I'm not sure I understand how to solve this problem, but it doesn't sound RC1-critical as described.

Agreed. It is not release critical at all. Still I think, we'll get a lot of questions regarding this; it'll be annoying at all, and no-one can see, why they are handled differently from the other default values.

Is there any particular reason for volume type quota to show in Defaults panel?
With several volume types the list of quota in this table would grow and modifying them would become even more difficult to manage.
IMO it makes more sense to follow an approach similar to project quota for volume type quota.
Currently, project quota is managed in Projects panel (via the drop down in each table row).
We could similarly manage volume type quota in Volumes panel.
I hope I'm not overlooking something here.
