Bug Description
The error messages displayed for invalid or missing input during Create Image should be displayed on the same modal pop up form. But these messages get displayed on the main page of Create Image.
This is inconsistent with the behavior for create instance, create volumes etc.
Reproduced on browsers:
Win7 32-bit, Firefox 22
Win7 32-bit, Google Chrome Version 28.0.1500.95 m
Win7 32-bit, Internet explorer 9.0.8112.16421 (update version 9.0.14)
