Bug Description
Would be nice to launch an instance from a "launch" action in the volumes screen or from a volume snapshot in the images & snapshots screen (similar to launching an instance from an image). Selecting a volume or snapshot from the drop-down in the launch instance dialog is cumbersome with many volumes/snapshots.
