Bug Description

It doesn't look like the sentences from djangojs.po are available for translation on Transifex, so the Javascript messages do not get translated. That includes very visible elements like the confirmation messages on deletion and the "Displaying %s items" on every table.

In addition, I added horizon-js-translations resource to .tx/config (in commit 793f8ead).
We can import translations into Horizon by using "tx pull" manually.
(I am not sure the status of autoimports by Jenkins job.)

I believe this bug can be closed.
