Instance snapshot didn't show in /project/images_and_snapshots/

Reproduce Step:
1. Project/Instance/Action/More, shoose "create snapshot"
2. By nova command, we could found the snapshot could be created succesfully
3. However, Project/images_and_snapshot, we couldn't see it.

I cannot reproduce this using master/grizzly RC1. creating an instance then snapshotting it works exactly as expected, and the snapshot appears in the snapshots table.

I am experiencing the same problem. When I do 'nova image-list' I can see the snapshots but I go the the images_and_snapshots, they do not appear on the table.

I'm experiencing the exact same bug. I can see my image snapshot with 'nova image-list' but horizon doesn't show it. Also, the image is not available from the Launch Instance dialog box either.

3 more guys met the same pb as me, so I change its state to new, could you verify again?

Can you see the private images using "glance image-list"? This is where Horizon gets the private images/snapshots from. I cannot reproduce this in my grizzly environment.

Have a look at the last comments on bug 1116991. This mentions several places where configuration mistakes, of Glance particularly, can cause this issue.

Just in case someone else hits this.

You need to set auth_strategy = keystone under [DEFAULT] section and flavor=keystone under [paste-deploy] section.
