Incorrect error message displayed while creating duplicate user or project

Try to create an existing user or project from the dashboard.

Expected Error: User <username> / Project <projectname> already exists.
Actual Error: There was an error submitting the form. Please try again.

Currently,
1) if try to create an existing user from the dashboard. it will throw error "user name <name> is already used." ===> This means the issue for users is fixed.
2) if if try to create an existing project from the dashboard. it will throw error "Unable to create project <name>" ===> I fixed this message to "project <name> is already used." which is the same as user, when try to create an existing project from the dashboard.
