Bug Description
Currently on master/grizzly, when a network fails to be created we get a nice error message back that also shows the reason, e.g.:
Error: Failed to create network "test": Quota exceeded for resources: ['network']
While on Folsom, we only get back:
Error: Failed to create network "test".
It would be nice to give more information to the user in the stable version as well.
