Table column should be sorted by default

Bug Description

Dashboard tables are not sorted by default now.
So a user need to click the column header to identify the data first.
If the first column is sorted by default, many users do not need to click the column header.

Hello ,

Initially each page is coming in sorted order on specific value for example flavor page is getting sorted on VCPU parameter by default.
I am setting sortList value in jquery.tablesorter.js ( opt/stack/horizon/static/horizon/lib/jquery) to [[1,0]] for default sorting order on 1st column. But it is not reflecting anything in horizon.

Please suggest if there is any other file to look into for this specific purpose.
