Bug Description
The quickstart guide at http://
$ tools/with_venv.sh ./manage.py runserver
tools/with_venv.sh: line 4: tools/.
This doesn't work because a venv doesn't exist yet. It turns out the page does say to run run_tests, but it doesn't make it clear that this is required to build the venv, which might confuse newcomers.
