Bug Description
For ADA complain provide some type of icon to show error state (ADA compliance means more then color)

We're not simply using color; the status literally says "error"... so this is a wishlist to make it even *more* accessible.
That said, I certainly do care about accessibility concerns and don't mind seeing where we can improve.
