Bug Description

It would be useful to have CSV importer for German Sparkasse bank like the one in wxBanker (I like the HomeBank interface more). I could write it myself, if I could get some help in writing homebank plugins or how to add it the main program.

=> it's up to you to confirm it is.
The plan for bug #319206 is to enable to select wich column to import from any csv file
