Add Direct Debit as payment type

Direct Debits are VERY popular in the UK, with most utility bills, credit card bills, mortgage and loan payments etc paid with them. It would be quite handy for the UK users to have this

Also in Poland we have something similar, called "polecenie zapłaty". I think it is a so-called paper-bug, so I vote for implementing this.

this is just to give me some idea (I can draw icons too), but I'm quite with no inspiration on a suitable icon ^^
whatever it will I will rework it to conform icon standard, could be svg, png
for size take a look at data/icons, the payment mode are 22x22 png

This is the Direct Debit logo that is used in the UK. I haven't a clue
about the other countries however sorry
