budget report type filter do not work anymore

Info: Win 10 64bit running 5.8.1.

Where: Budget report window

What: When selecting "Total" and "Type: Expense", budget still displays income types too in the listing. If "Income" type is selected, window still displays expense types in the list. Spent, Budget and Result sums seem to have broken as well, compared to earlier releases.

testing with this file with 5.7 and 5.8.1 = no difference
can you illustrate further your use case ?

Hi, i installed 5.7.2 version, and there it works just like it used to be, find two screenshots attached, i used your file as an example. One with written annotations is from 5.8.1 and one with only shapes is from 5.7.2.
