filter text option only work when both memo and number are filled

When searching for a transaction, the filter on a memo string does not work if the info/number field is empty.

please check you did not input something (space/tab)
as the filter works as expected.

I made an example of an account with three transactions.
I saved the filter in the statistics report that does not work.
The filter only finds one transaction with the "assurance" memo when there are two.
Because the filter only works on transactions that have the "number" field to fill in.
